Hii!im 19yrs old but look like 15yrs..giv me some tips to become fat in 10 days or 1 month? Hello there, First you need to calculate your BMI. Ideally it should lie between 18.5-24. If it is normal then having 3 proper meals a day would be ideal . Food rich in protein like eggs, meats or fish,soya can be added to diet. You can try having big heavy rich dinners as at that time your body stores any excess energy from food as fat.
