How To Gain Weight?

Hii!im 19yrs old but look like 15yrs..giv me some tips to become fat in 10 days or 1 month? I seriously look very thin..I already said you im 19yrs and i weight 39kgs or 40kgs..i want to become fat ..i eat but dont know where it goes..lol..nw u have to show me a way to become fat..please give a solution to this as soon as possible..and i mention this that i take tablets LAMOSYN 200mg/day

Hello there,
First you need to calculate your BMI. Ideally it should lie between 18.5-24. If it is normal then having 3 proper meals a day would be ideal . Food rich in protein like eggs, meats or fish,soya can be added to diet. You can try having big heavy rich dinners as at that time your body stores any excess energy from food as fat. You should get your blood checked for any hemoglobin or red blood cell changes. And correct that if there is any anomaly.
