How To Gain Weight?

hello sir my age is 25,nd my weight is just 47...i hv visited to many doctor,for guidence to increase my weight......bt i did not get a result yet...realy sir i am very frsted by my thin personality my guide me.....i hv also gone through bllod test on saying of my doctor in which my doctor find that RBC and WBC are less in count.....and for that he has given me some med.....but my weught problem is still countuning pls help me sir.

I understand your concern regarding your low weight.However, first thing i would need to know is your height.
47 kgs is not low weight if you have a height around 5 feet 2-4 inches. However if you are not able to maintain a proper nutrition, then it gets altogether a different issue to tackle.

I would advice you to consult a psychiatrist, which could help you to deal with your preoccupation with weight. A sessions of cognitive behavioural therapies will definitely help you.
