Every body has its metabolic rate and body shape, so every body has different weight. you can join gym and do muscle building exercises. yes protien supplement and high protien diet will help,so as b complex. But i think if your height is 160 cm, your weight is optimum.
Weight is determined by genetic factors, diet and presence of medical issues. You can not change genetic factors and your diet is good.
It is better to search for some medical issues which can lead to poor weight gain: -Thyroid problem: Get Serum T3/T4/TSH doen -Worm infestation: Take Tab Zentel once every month -Anemia: Get CBC done.
Apart from that eating 2 banana with 1 glass of milk will help. Avoid supplement or ayurvedic medicines for weight gain. Start gym to gain muscle mass, which look good on non fat persons.
Wish you good health and all the best. www.99doctor.com
