Hi, I am a 28 year old female. My height is 172cm. I weigh 49kg. I have 2 boys that take up quite alot of energy. But I feel uncomfortable. I would like to gain 8 kg but everyone says 'eat lots of fast food'. But I want to do it healthily. Any ideas? Thanks in advance
