I am a 19 years old female.My weight is 37 kgs.How to gain healthy weight?I have been trying to eat a lot but I did not succeed ingaining weight.I can not eat excess.Please help me put on some weight,at least the normal weight that a 19 yr old should have.
Hi, I think you should take a high calorie and high protein diet. Do some weight increasing exercises. Consult a dietician for proper dietary requirements.
