How To Find The Extent Of Cancer Before Surgery?

I just got news that I have grade 1 carcinoma of the endometrium through a biopsy.The gynaecologist said that he can remove the uterus and the tubes ,ovaries etc.I asked where has the cancer progressed to .He said he did not know,it would be once the surgery is done.I said then it would be too late ,by then my organs would have been taken out.How don I find out where it is and what organs should I get removed.Do I not need my ovaries for the production of hormones.There is a reason for having organs rather than for doctors to take the organs out unnecessarily.Can I get some advice please?I also have a 1.4cm thickened endrometirum and I just got advised on Aug 5.Both the gynaecologist and my Family doctor has these reports and no one bothered to follow up.thx thx Pam

look dear, if you have grade 1 cancer, it can be operated and it should be operated asap. beyond grade 1, surgery may not be possible which can lead to life endangering events. your organs will anyway of no use after cancer spread and at that time you would have no way to get rid of those problamatic organs. go and get them removed asap. u have to take the harsh decision to save your life
