How To Determine The Paternity Of The Fetus?
My last period was on the 27th June,and I had sex on the 7 to 9 July without protection. on the 10th I shared a bed with another guy, we didn t had sex but the guy ejaculate. and he was touching me.I just found out that I am 5 weeks pregnant .And the ovulation date is 14 days after period ,which means for me I was fertile from the 10 to 14,and the sperm can live for days .My question is what are the chances of the guy that I share the bed with, be the father

Both of the guys have the same chances of being the father of your child. Even though he didn't ejaculate inside the precum fluid contains spermatozoids and can get pregnant.
Doing DNA test is the only exact way to determine paternity.
