Hello Thank You for contacting HCM. I need to knw some details regarding your issue 1)was your cycle regular previously?? 2)are you on contraceptive pills or any other sort of medication?? If i will be your treating docter ,i will advise you to go for pelvic ultrasound to rule out the cause and serum Beta Hcg levels as well for confirmation of pregnancy because sometimes urine pregnancy test can be false negative.. As per your query i would not suggest you to take mifepristone because it is not drug of choice for over due periods.. Hope this answers your question.
