Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

Pigmentation on face can adversely affect the quality of life of a person.

Sun protection is an essential part in the management of any pigmentation on face. I would suggest that you use a broad spectrum sunscreen, throughout the day, that which offers both UV A and UV B protection. It should be re-applied every 2-3 hours.

I would suggest a hydroquinone OR Kojic acid based cream for night time application. Both hydroquinone and kojic acid are skin lightening agents, and do so by interfering with the melanin biosynthetic pathway.

While hydroquinone/kojic acid would inhibit formation of new pigment, the resolution of existing pigment can be hastened by exfoliating the skin with glycolic acid peel (supervised by a dermatologist) OR Glycolic acid based face wash etc

regards
