Hi
You daughter likes being in her own world, has not spoken yet and is organised with her toys. This prompts me to ask how is she with other children of her age? Does she cling to you? Does she look you in the eye and ask for what she wants?
It is too early to say definitively but there might be slight pointers towards autistic features. Such children tend to learn to speak late, lave communication problems, difficulty understanding social norms, difficulty socialising, they love routine and specifics in toys or numbers or colours, etc and they have good intelligence. They get enormously angry when their favourites are spoiled or routines are interrupted. These are when they present with tantrums.
Currently we donot have medications for autistic features. For your child I will suggest that it is too early to comment and you must wait and observe for further developments.
If needed we can initiate some meds for the tantrums later. I hope this was helpful. Thank you.
