How To Deal With TSH 15.77 In Pregnancy?

I have TSH of 15.77, haemoglobin of 8.2 and I am 7.5 weeks pregnant. I am taking thyronorm in the morning and duphastone in morning and night and Vit B12 capsule in afternoon. Should I take any extra medicines also? At what frequency should i have my tests again to increase/ decrease the dosage?
