I have had severe psorasis for years and the best treatment is sunlight. Currently, my psorasis is in remission however I am currently left with untanned areas (patches) where the plaques were and I am looking for a way to decrease/eliminate the white versus tan blotchiness that I now have. Should I NOT tan-which may allow the psorasis to repopulate- in order for the tan to fade or to continue to tan and see if I can get the white areas w/ no color to tan and blend in?
