How To Cure The Bruise On The Back After Falling Down?
Hi My name is Marjorie - One day my foot slipped on the stairs and i felt - I got a big bruise on my behind it was like the blood had clogged there - then the part where I was bruised disapeared to live a flat area on my butt .. how can I get my round behind back? Thanks very much.
As post fall it is always advised to take an X-ray as there may be some bony injury on a probable basis. Since you have not mentioned about the X-ray I will advice to take one. Also there will be muscle weakness which has occurred due to the fall.
Doing exercises for strengthening the hip muscles is advised. Doing on not only the injured side but also on the non injured site is advised. Continue the exercises for hip muscle for around 8-12 weeks of time by which the muscle on each side becomes balanced and improved.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
