Hi my daughter is 4 next week shes at nursery 3 hours a day 5 days a week she had a bug last year which caused her to have really bad pains in her stomach and really bad diarreah so much so that it drained her and all she did was sleep because she had diarreah she got a really sore bottom the skin had came off and it was bleeding but now 6 months on she wont go back to using the toilet and now goes in her underwear, she wont tell anyone that she needs to go but wud walk around crying holding her bottom and recently it seems she doesnt even know she is doing it untill afterwards i have had to put her back in nappies and only in underwear for school but she comes home everyday dirty what could this be?
