How To Cure Purple Bruising In Cheek, Numb Nose And Dull Hearing?

I suffered a blow to my cheek on friday morning. My nose bled a little at the time and i dont remember the incident, so im not sure if i was knocked out. I have purple and black bruising from my eyebrow to my chin and from my nose out to my ear. There is blood in my eye, under my iris and up 1 side of it. My nose has been numb since it happened. The swelling has gone down and i now feel pain in my eye and around my cheek. My eye is sore if i look up or to the side. My top teeth under that cheek feel tender and numb now. My hearing is dull on that side and my ear is sore. What damage could have happened? I have been unable to get time off work to see a doctor.

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The bruising over the cheek, numb nose and purple bluish bruising over the eyes can be because of the zygomaticoorbital complex fracture. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral and maxillofacial surgeon and get it evaluated. You need to get a computed tomograph done in relation to the maxilla, zygomatic and orbital bone to see the extent of fracture. Later it can be treated accordingly with plating.
