Hello, I have been experiencing pain in the lower part of my throat and in the top part of my chest. It's not constant just occasional when I breathe. It also hurts to swallow anything solid. Im, twenty years old, 6'1" about 150 Lbs. And had any bad medical history except for a lot of bronchidus and strep throat a couple times.

Hello,

You are having an acute pharyngitis throat infection. For that, take Levofloxacin OD medication for five days.

Follow the below treatment plan:
- Salt water gargle done with warm water three times a day
- Take one tsp turmeric powder with milk daily
- Vitamin C lozenges chewable useful
- Betadine gargle can be prescribed
- Avoid excess spicy foods

Your posterior pharynx needs to be examined and for that, consult nearby otorhinolaryngologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
