How To Cure Pain In Neck And Back Due To Knot Between Neck And Shoulder?
my neck hurts it's tight feels like there is a knot on the right side between ear/shoulder I tripped . I got hurt trying to catch myself from falling , the pain travels down my back, I've been putting a heating pad and a neck massager and took motrin.

I can understand your problem this could be a muscular problem if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicine,
1) Tab Acetaminophen with Diclofenac twice a day
2) Tab Chlorzoxazone twice in day
