Hyperpigmentation can be removed with the use of depigmenting cream in night Nd sunscreen in day.
Various depigmenting creams like melalite xl lookbrite etc are available in market.
You can buy any of these.
Apply it in night over the hyperpigmented area.
In morning apply sunscreen all over your face.
Do this for a month.
You should get results.
