hi , im 45 years old i have ultraosund today they found 2 cyst on the top of my testicle right side should i know what it is the staff who done the ultrasound said nothing to worry wht treatment could be possible to do sometimes its painful sometimes not can you give me advice , many thanks

The cysts on ultrasonography are usually benign and need no active treatment if there are no symptoms.
If the size enlarges or cause pain or so, you can certainly for for a consultation of an Urologist and get these removed if you have completed the family.
This is not a cancer , so nothing to worry about.
