How to cure bruised, numb and swollen toe after injury?

a 40lb bulk piece fell on my foot. the main area hit as the third toe about here it connects to foot. it is not crooked. it as very bruised for a few days. no 3 weeks later it is numb a bit bluish and still swollen. i am wondering if i should go in. the circulation must me messed up.

It is too early, and you should try to be patient. I recommend performing a foot X-ray study. If there is no broken bones, your situation is going to improve in a couple of weeks.
