How To Cure Anal Fissure Permanently?
I am suffering from fissure for last two weeks... Blood follow after passing of stool. I have used sucralfate metronidazole lignocaine hydrochloride cream for 10 days twice a day. Cremaffin plus as a stool softner. But i got no result as it heals for 1-2 days and again continues. I have got severe itching now for last 3 days.. For that I used betnovate c cream. I stopped use of sucralfate cream as I thought it increased skin irritation but after I again got blood in stool. Pain is somewhat releived but the wound is not healing. What to do? How to heal it? Kindly advice..

- Drink more liquids.
- High fiber diet with regular bulk forming laxative intake.
