How To Cure A Painful Bruise In Arm?
I have a bruise on my arm on the inside and it s really painful and purple it started small and was kind of green and now it s plum purple after only a day and the size of a soft ball. I did not hit it or anything. Should I be worried? I do have health problems but have never bruised like this before
