How To Control Vomiting And Excessive Pain During Periods?

Hi ! I have excessive pain during periods especially first day . With that I also have gastric problem and also have vomiting son first day. I have been consuming mefta spas from last few months. Sometimes the pain becomes controllabe and I don t have vomiting. But since last two times after consuming one tablet of Mefta spas there is no relief from pain. Also vomiting problem persists.please suggest what to do . I don t take a second tablet as it may harm. But I have excessive pain and vomiting during period. Please suggest which drug is best suitable for this condition

Hi,

Menstrual pain when excessive causes vomiting. Any pain medicine like Ibuprofen / Dysmen over the counter can control pain. In case of no relief, you need hormone treatment. Please consult a gynecologist suitable personal advice.
