I have an issue with body odor....two years ago, I began to notice a terrible smell emanating...initially I began thinking it was from my shoes or someone else in the car pool...later I noticed it was following me and thought there was a problem with my breathing or something...but the smell started getting stronger and developed over the period of two years...of course I had already realized that it was me by then...this has become a major issue as I am in a critical role at work where I interact with top management and board members...what am I supposed to do?
