How To Control Severe Anger?

Ive had anger issues since i was a little girl. I held my thoughts and opinions in cuz thats how my dad raised us. I started drinking and thats when i let it all go .now im 54 i dont really drink anymore , but my anger issues are worse. I feel like a walking time bomb. What do i need to do?

I really understand your concern.

I will give you some recommendations below that will help you to relief your angry :
- avoid caffeinated drinks
- find yourself on activities that give you pleasure
- yoga
- jogging
- listen to chill out music
- practicing screaming out on green nature places, where are no other people
- sleep well
- drink camomil tea

If you angry interferes with daily activities in life I will suggest an appointment with a psychiatrist for a behavior therapy.
