Ive had anger issues since i was a little girl. I held my thoughts and opinions in cuz thats how my dad raised us. I started drinking and thats when i let it all go .now im 54 i dont really drink anymore , but my anger issues are worse. I feel like a walking time bomb. What do i need to do?
I will give you some recommendations below that will help you to relief your angry : - avoid caffeinated drinks - find yourself on activities that give you pleasure - yoga - jogging - listen to chill out music - practicing screaming out on green nature places, where are no other people - sleep well - drink camomil tea
If you angry interferes with daily activities in life I will suggest an appointment with a psychiatrist for a behavior therapy.
All the best. Dr. Elton Halili Master of Science in General Medicine
