How To Control Fluctuating Blood Pressure?

My mother has had problems with her blood pressure being high for many years she has been on meds for ever for this problem but now she is 69 years old and this past year her b/p has been going up and down when should i get her to the dr sometimes it gets as low as 87/48 but she isn't dizzy she says she just feels tired is this too low what should i do?????

Yes diastolic bp 48 is too low. It should not go below 60. In case this condition occurs again then give glass of lemon juice with salt and sugar. Give more fluid znd salt. And concerns doctor. Because she might go in hypotensive shock
