Hi Jackie,

Pregnancy test kits are very sensitive. If you have done the test correctly as per instructions, then you are pregnant.
At five weeks pregnancy you cannot feel the baby movements or baby's heart beat and this is normal. You can appreciate baby movements only in the fifth month of pregnancy.

Right now, to confirm your pregnancy get an internal ultrasound done. At five weeks pregnancy, only pregnancy sac can be seen in the uterus.
I hope I have answered your concerns. If you have any further concerns, do write to me through Healthcare Magic.
