How To Confirm That Hardness Between Toes Is Ingrown Extra Bone?

My daughter is 7 years old. I just noticed today that between her big toe and second toe there is something hard. I am not sure if it is some ingrowth or extra bone. How can I confirm that . Also this is on both her feet. She has always had sensitive skin. Please advise. A very worried mother, ranjini

I really appreciate your concern if the child does not have any clinical complain then this is nothing to worry if you are going to examine it own your own then this could create something else in your mind because you do not know the exact anatomy, and guessed this must have been happened even if you have some doubt then this can be cleared and for that you need to see the orthopedic surgeon, have nice day.
