How To Clear Water In Ear And Constant Pressure After Swimming?

I was swimming today, and I got water in my nose. So what I did is that I went under water and blew as hard as possible, now my ear feels like there s constant pressure, as as near my tonsils. I have no infection, I have been healthy for the past few days, I m concerned if I damaged anything?
