How To Clean A Wound With Dissolvable Stitches?

I had my middle finger cut off at the first knuckle a week ago... i went back for a check up yesterday and was told to clean the wound twice a day but wasn t actually told how... how do I need to clean a wound like that with dissolvable stitches in place?

you can use a antiseptic solution like dettol,
clean with hydrogen peroxide, apply antiseptic cream and bandage it,,,
do consult your doctor for any extra care....
