How To Calculate Ovulation Period To Get Pregnant?

Please I need your help, I have married for 5 years we cannot have kids. I have a menstrual cycle of 30 days sometimes 31 days. I dont know when I am ovulating. My menstrual flow started on the 27th of October what are the steps to follow to get pregnant.

The normal ovulation occurs on 14 th to 21 st day of the cycle. You may go for intercourse from day 7 th to 21st of the cycle.
