How To Calculate Ovulation Days With Irregular Menstruation?
Hello My mensural cycle ireegular but I got periods every month but some time delayed or some time early...in june I got periods after 28days 27.07.2016 but now I got my periods on 8.08.2016... i m trying to conceive but really confused how to calculate ovulation day or date this month

Unfortunately, it is impossible to calculate ovulation day if your menstrual cycle is not regular. Natural methods can be used in your case. Monitoring your morning body temperature and vaginal secretions and plugging the information in a chart to notice abrupt changes. If abrupt changes are noticed then a urinary test for ovulation can be used to confirm you are ovulating at that time.
