I used to be overweight (200 lbs). I worked out and lost lot of weight. My current weight is 130 lbs. Now I work out to build muscles (chest, biceps, flatter abs) I am seeing good results for all these, but my wrists are very skinny and I feel like it is disproportionate. Even others have said that. Is there a way to bulk up wrists? Also, my chest gets bulkier even if I work out my shoulders. Is there a way or workout to flatten the chest little bit so that it doesn't look disproportionate also?
