Hello madam,I understand your concern.In my opinion recanalization is the procedure to revert tubectomy.But success of this procedure depends on the number of years when the tubectomy was done.ie., success will be less if many years have lapsed .As it is 22 years from tubectomy success may not be good.And your age is 50 which is almost menopause time so the ovulation may also be irregular.Sorry my aim is not to make you tense but I am explaining you the condition.So instead of natural pregnancy Artificial reproductive technique might be the best option for you.
