Hello and welcome,

Most of the depo shots last for 2 or 3 months depending upon the drug. Using antibiotics does not decrease the effect of depo. So this is not a way out.

The effect of the shot wears off as soon as the stipulated duration is over and pregnancy is possible in the very next cycle. So you will just have to wait till the effect wears off and then you can conceive.
