I was trying to do a hand stand during my regular dance prac and sprained my left hand... the pain starts from the shoulder join and to elbow and my forearm and the whole hand is paining. there is no swelling or any outside injury. the left hand becomes very cold compared to the right hand and left palm at times becomes white as if there isnt any blood flow.
I tried applying violine and iodex but still the pain isnt reduced.
its bee almost a week and kindly let me knw what to do ?
