How Should Birth Control Pills Be Taken?

First time using birth control. I had gotten my prescription and the brand sprintec stated i should start on sunday, but i started on monday and dont have the sunday pill anymore so i only have 20 active pills. My question is can i just take the reminding pills normally or what is there to do?
