Welcome to health care magic.

1.There is no remedy for lump in the testicles, you need to investigate and treated accordingly.
2.If you are my patient i would have examine first and ask for an ultrasound examination.
3.Ultrasound will gives the nature of the lump and its source and extensions. And weather mass or collection of fluid.
4.An FNAC - fine needle aspiration cytology might be needed if their is a mass lesion, to evaluate the nature of the cells.
5.Suggest to get an appointment and investigate and get treated accordingly. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
