Dear Ma'am, Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your situation.

If you have regular cycles & if you are not taking any pill, you should take Micronor tablet (Norethisterone 5 mg) from September 29 (i.e., 3 days before your next expected period on October 2).

It should be taken twice daily and to be continued as long as you want to delay (max 2 weeks) your period. You will get a withdrawal bleeding or similar to period within 5 to 7 days of stopping the medicine.

Remember it must be taken at the same times every day to be effective.
Wish your good health and take care yourself.
Regards.
A feedback is appreciated.
