How Should Metformin, Glimepiride And Pravastatin Be Taken?

what is the proper timing between taking multiple medications? I usually take all my meds in one shot...metformin, glimiperide & pravastatin & vit.d and CO Q 10 and in the morning I take an Invokanna, metformin, glimiperide & lisinopril, along with B vitamins and fish oil... My sister in law gives me grief saying they don t work mixing them together. Is this true?
