Hi,

Magnesium glycinate is a nutritional supplement that boosts magnesium levels in people with a deficiency of the mineral. It contains 14.1% elemental magnesium by mass. Magnesium glycinate is available in capsules containing 120 mg or 125 mg. The recommended dose per day is 320 mg for women and 420 mg for men. It needs to be taken twice a day with food.

Magnesium glycinate has been shown to have a variety of benefits: 1. Calming effect on the brain which can help relieve anxiety and promote better sleep.
2. It helps keep bones strong by maintaining healthy bone density.3. It helps control blood sugar in people with diabetes and may lower the risk of developing diabetes.
4. It decreases abnormal heart rhythms.
5. It reduces premenstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms.

The calming and relaxing effect of both magnesium and glycine make it the best choice for chronic pain as well as muscle rigidity and spasms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
