How Serious It Is To Have Weak Heart Muscles With 20 % Working With No Blockages?

I just found out that my heart muscles are weak ....20% is working. I had a heart cath., there is no blockage anywhere. I felt sick, weak and passed out briefly. E M T's were called to take me to the ER Blood pressure was very low, 80/40. I was in Hospital for days. Is this the same as CHF? how serious is this?

Hi,
From history it seems that you require evaluation of your case.
Consult cardiologist and get examined.
As there is no block or coronary insufficiency, there might be possibility of having cardio myopathy.
With proper diagnosis and cardiac muscle protector medicine and with diuretics you will get improvement in your condition.
Keep fluid and salt restriction.
Remain in regular contact with your cardiologist.
