Choriodecidual haemorrhage denotes that the embryonic tissue has started separating from the mother's uterus. This is not a good sign. In your case, it is likely to be due to the accident you had. If it is continuing for last one month, your baby must be at a great risk.
Ultrasonography can reveal whether the baby is still viable and safe. Also it will reveal whether whatever bleeding you are getting is the old bleeding which was pent up there or the process of separation is still on.
If the heart activities of the baby are visible, the doctors will make efforts to save the baby and pregnancy; otherwise they will advise you termination of pregnancy. If the pregnancy is still safe, please take full bed rest and the medicines that doctor may prescribe you.
Yes, your pregnancy is at a precarious stage and needs a close supervision and management.
