How Safe Is A Tilted Uterest At Around 8-10 Week Of Pregnancy?

Yes we are unsure on due date, but when we went to on on Jan 22nd they said my uterest sonogram that she was 41/2-5 was preg. Went Fri to ob and he couldn't hear w Doppler heart be, by exam he said uterest was measuring 12-14 weeks. Went last week for her first 3d sonogram and baby was measuring around a 7-8 wk fetus and thought she heard the heartbeat, but very brief. Went back today and she said she couldn't find a heartbeat and didn't see movement. Know she does a tilted uterest. Should we be worried about a miscarriage. If going by the Dr only sonogram she would only be 8-10 weeks
