How Often Can Afrin Be Used While Suffering From Nasal Bleeding?

I don t the package for the non-drip Afrin. I had to spray 6-7 times to get my nose bleed to stop. I cant see my Dr. till Wed. I have had surgery last year for nose bleeds. Have not had one since surg.(about 1yr). How often can I use Afrin until I see him? He will cauterize it then.

Your should use afrin nasal spray 3 times a day, one spray on each nostril.
Do not use this medication for more than 3 days.
