How Much Percent Of Oxygen Will Cause Person To Pass Out?

If less than .5 percent co2 is normal, and "air" is 20 percent o2,
at what percent will a person "pass out" from co2(carbon dioxide)(AKA "foul air/ in mines, caves),and will household carbon MONOXIDE detectors save you / warn you of this (from a bad furnace/kerosene heater)?
It smells funny when the furnace is running.

Actually without the pure air a person can remain conscious up to 3 minuets, with contaminated air the period of consciousness, reduces from 3 minuets, in very bad air person can lost the consciousness within minuets or even less than this, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
