It's not beneficial, but in moderation, it won't do any harm. Just stay away from keggers for a while.

In the first week of November this year, I suffered from severe chest pain (unbearable). I was moved to the Hospital immediately. On conducting Angiography they found a problem with my Left Anterior Descending artery and the Right coronary artery. They put two stents in the RCA but did not touch the LAD. for good reasons known to them. Since then I am doing absolutely fine.
