How Much Pre Nan Milk Formula Can Be Given To An Infant?

Hi, my premature baby was 27 weeks with 951g when he born, and now reached to two month with 1500g so we think to give him PreNan milk formula. so we want to ask 1. how many times we should give per day? 2. how many grams (Scoop)? 3. with breast milk or separate feed time?

Hi,

1. Pre Nan formula should be given depending on the baby request. Each time he cries and feels hungry. The amount of milk powder should be measured precisely.

2. He is 1500 g, this means total daily 200 ml of water, with a total daily 35 g of milk powder.

3. If you breastfeed, continue with breastfeeding first. After that, if he starts to cry again give formula milk separately from breast milk.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini,
