How Long Will It Take For The Steroid To Dissipate?

I had a chalazion removed surgically and the dr also injected a steroid into the lower lid where it was removed. It s been a month and I still have a white bump on the outside of my eye lid from the steroid. It looks worse than the chalazion did. Is it normal for it to take this long for the steroid to dissapate?

Hello,
No this is not a normal reaction to steroid. You need to see the doctor that did the injection and let the look at it to determine the problem.
