How Long Will It Be Before I Test Negative On Urine Tests Considering I Have Stopped Smoking For 21 Days?

I have been a chronic user of marijuana for 20+ years. I recently decided to make a change in my life and have quit cold turkey. It has been 21 days since I have smoked any weed and am wondering how long it will be before I test negative on urine tests. I have failed two tests, so far, and it is limiting my ability to get a job. I am a 46yr old male, 260#, and do not exercise regularly even though I am in relatively good shape.
